An intro class to the basics of pole fitness.
If you have never experienced a pole fitness class than this is the perfect class for you! In this class you will learn the basic techniques and methods of how to use a pole in your fitness practice. We will take the time to ease you into the practice, by making sure you really understand how to do things correctly and safely. Pole fitness will help create an awareness in the body that will allow you to push your limits to new physical capabilities.

Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
