Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. This class will be focused on increasing the awareness and sensitivity to Qi, energy in the body, as well as developing a strong meditation practice. We will warm up with some joint mobility, move into the Qigong practice, and then meditate for the last 20 minutes of class. Practitioners will leave with a sense of ease and groundedness. This class is low impact, not vigorius at all, and good for all levels. Perfect for those wanting an energetic practice that grounds them into their energetic body and that can be done anywhere.
