Yoga mat and bath-sized towel to go on top are required for all classes and are available at the studio for purchase. Feel free to bring yoga blocks if needed to bring the ground closer to you.
Feel free to bring yoga straps and blocks to this class if needed.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class with your mask, mat and bath-sized towel or larger to go on top of your mat. All are required and may be purchased at studio.
If you're a heavy-sweater, please bring an extra towel or two to mop up your pool!
