Introduction to Ayurveda: Transition to Spring with Ease and Grace
This workshop will serve as an introduction to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is an ancient sister science to yoga and
focuses on achieving balance in our body, mind, senses and
spirit. As human beings, we can easily forget that
we are part of nature. As a part of nature, the more we can tune
into the change in season we can find balance. Spring is a perfect
time to clear out the heaviness of winter and reinvigorate your
wellness routine. During this workshop, you will be able to get a
glimpse of your dosha (your natural make-up) and some ayurvedic
routines that you can incorporate into your daily life to help work
towards a state of balance.
