Class is limited to 6 students per class.
Students must register at least 1 hours in advance for the class
Cancellations must be done 2 hours before the class. No shows or canceling less than 2 hours results in forfeiture of the fee; class cannot be rescheduled. To cancel your reservation, log on to your WellnessLiving Account, click on “Book now”, find your booked class and then click “Cancel”.
No walk ins will be admitted (students must register 2 hours in advance).
Face masks are required in the lobby and public areas of the building. When on your mat, you can take your mask off.
We are maintaining a 6-foot distance in the studios. Place your mat in the marked off spot.
No physical touch of any kind. Teachers will not make physical adjustments of students to correct yoga poses.
