In this class, You will deepen
your awareness and experience of postures (asanas), pranayama,
relaxation, and meditation techniques.
Level 2 exercises improve the
strength of our core, digestion, immunity, and the function of our
kidneys.
This level works strongly on
our solar plexus (Manipura chakra), enhancing digestion, endurance,
resistance, immunity, and willpower.
You will notice that your
breath has become deeper and slower, and your mind has
calmed.
