This four-class series will explore some of the foundational principles of the yoga tradition both on and off the mat. You will learn about the importance of, and relationship between, your body, breath and mind, and will learn a Foundational Flow yoga practice. This class is a great opportunity to learn, enjoy, and expand in a safe and supportive environment. No yoga experience needed and no judgment!
