This class increases functional strength by using your own
body weight as resistance! What's more functional than reaching,
pushing through your legs and arms and stretching? You’ll learn up
to 5 movements during class and combine them into a continuous
circuit. The repetition allows you to perfect each exercise as well
as push your endurance and increase your metabolism. The result? A
body that has the freedom to do anything that life throws its way!
This is a non-Pilates class.
This class is right for those with an intermediate level of
fitness. Because it targets the muscles surrounding all the major
joint complexes, it’s best for people who are injury free or will
follow the recommended modifications offered during the
class.
