The Pilates Tower is a machine that utilizes springs for
greater resistance and stretch. In Tower we focus on strengthening
the neutral alignment of the core to give you better posture and
longer muscles. Moving at a deliberate pace, Tower class promotes
an inner focus to leave you feeling mentally refreshed.
