Because machines are not guiding/supporting your body, it can
be challenging to practice floor work. In this class you will be
guided by a professional in a class of a maximum 6 students. this
way, we are able to teach the correct way to perform exercises for
the specific needs of each client's body. We recommend joining this
class if you have practiced Pilates before, understand your
specific body needs and are injury free.
