With age comes many physiological changes even to those of us who have always committed to our health and fitness. Many of us suffer loss of muscle mass, difficulty maintaining flexibility, deterioration of balance, joint pains, incontinence, less agility. While you may not be able to turn back the clock, you can defy your age on the golf course, tennis court or playing with grandkids.
This class is intended to help it’s participants address issues of core strength, dynamic flexibility, function, urinary continence as it pertains to sport.
Course content: exercises incorporating balance, strengthening of the core and pelvic floor, flexibility and performance. All exercises can be performed with no equipment but the addition of Nouflex resistance bands can enhance the benefits.
