Other important logistics...
- Pre-registration is required. Class will be conducted via Zoom.
- Participants should keep their videos on during class. This will allow Arundhati to see you practice & provide personalized feedback, virtual adjustments, and answer questions.
- You'll need a yoga mat, a blanket or full size towel, a cushion to sit on and wall space.
- Avoid eating a heavy breakfast before class. Coffee or Tea is okay.
- Class is suitable for anyone above the age of 15.
- You will get the log in details for class via email a few minutes before class begins
