with a wider variety of poses and strength building opportunities.
This class is a vigorous and athletic style of yoga.. These classes
are always a little different with a creative mix of traditional
and innovative yoga postures that are designed to build your
strength, stability and stamina and to increase flexibility in
tight over used muscles. Prepare to discover muscles you didn’t
know you had. We recommend that you have a good understanding of
the Fundamentals of Yoga. Typically a minimum of around 5 previous
yoga classes as as a knowledge of postures is necessary.
