This is an intermediate level reformer class. Prior reformer
experience is required and no acute injuries. We will be in a
variety of positions working all the joints of the body
including plank, spinal inversions, kneeling, standing and
balancing. A variety of small props can be used.This class moves at
a quicker pace and/or more advanced exercises are introduced
compared to a Mixed
Level Class. Privates and/or Mixed Level Reformer classes
are required to prepare you for this class level. We reserve the
right to guide you into other classes or options if this class
isn’t a good fit.
