Yogalates Plus is a strenuous mix of yoga, Pilates and a
lively dash of cumin and oregano. It is a tasty blend of the
alignment, breathing and mindful stretching of yoga with the
strength and toning exercises of Pilates to harness the benefits of
both practices. We also use light hand weights, resistance
bands, foam rollers and a dose of humor. Our aim is to
make the work intellectually challenging, therapeutic for the body
and uplifting for the soul. You don’t have to be a gourmand,
a fitness junkie, a yoga guru, a spiritual pundit or a scientist to
attend the class, just BYOB (Bring Your Own Body). Different
fitness levels are welcome as you can adjust the work to your own
ability.
