Yin yoga is composed of slow-paced poses, primarily down on
the mat, with poses being held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga
poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues - the
tendons, fascia, and ligaments — with the aim of increasing
circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is a more
meditative approach to yoga which helps cultivate awareness of
one's inner silence.
This classes perfect for any age or level student. No
experience or flexibility needed!
This class is a hybrid in-studio class - meaning that the
Teacher will be recorded during class so students can also join
from home (Students in the studio will not be seen in the
recording). A
recording of the class will be posted for 48 hours for all
in-studio and on-line students - so you can enjoy the practice from
home again if you want - as long as you do within 48 hours after
the class.
