<p>In these sessions we will dive deeper into the art and science of breathwork and meditation. The purpose is to learn simple breathwork and meditation techniques that you can use in your everyday life in order to calm the mind, increase overall body awareness, and to strengthen the lungs. Expect 5 minute instruction, 10 minutes of pranayama (breathwork), 10 minutes of meditation, and brief discussion after. Come comfortably dressed. Yoga mat not required, but suggested.</p>
