A creative Vinyasa class with a mindful pace. Practice postures and transitions at a slower pace to truly settle in and breath deeply. This class includes plenty of opportunities to build core strength through functional exercises, lower body power with standing poses and upper body stability with weight bearing and thoughtful bio-mechanical cueing. If you like a class that has plenty of variety and creativity, but don't want to rush through poses this is the class for you.
