Want to be able to ask questions and figure out what movement modalities work best for your body? This Studio Intro Series is perfect for anyone new to our Studio, new to fitness or exercise in general, or new to classes such as barre, kickboxing, & yoga! We will break things down and take you through the basics for 4 weeks so you can feel comfortable and confident taking your own classes! Each week will focus on a specific movement modality offered at the Studio.

Monday, May 24th: Intro to Yoga
