Bootcamp Blast is a 45-minute version of our SIN-Fit Bootcamp, and with the same intensity. If you love our SIN-Fit Bootcamp but need to get in and out a bit faster, then this is a great class for you. Because of the shorter class time the format has been modified to exclude some of the more time-consuming strength-focused lifts, but don’t worry, we keep your full body engaged to increase strength and muscle tone, while crushing the calories to help burn more fat.
Bootcamp Blast is designed to help improve your strength, endurance, and your overall fitness, all while shedding unwanted weight with high intensity full body workouts. Don’t worry if you have little experience, just like most of our classes everything can be modified to your abilities and/or limitations. Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone, and don’t worry, we’ll push you there…but at a safe and (somewhat) comfortable pace. It won’t take long before you begin to feel lighter, tighter, and just more fit overall, ready to take on your next fitness challenge. You’ll have plenty of support and motivation from other members and coaches along the way (this is one of the things we’re known best for) but getting a friend to commit to coming to a class with you makes it even better. You can start with our Bootcamp Basics class to learn the fundamentals or jump right into our 45 or 60-minutes Bootcamp classes to work towards the best version of you yet! Whatever you decide, your coaches will make sure you have everything you need to get an amazing and safe workout, while having a BLAST!
