Level 1-2 yoga class is designed for those who have had exposure to yoga, including introduction to basic yoga practices and proper alignment. The experienced beginner and intermediate students wanting to explore their practice and become more familiar with poses, use of the breath and meditation.

Classes are now open at 100% capacity
Students are welcome to drop-in! Please arrive early to pay at the desk
Class cancelations are accepted in-writing without penalty up to 30 minutes prior to the class
All students should be vaccinated for COVID-19 (masks not required)
All students must check in at Front Desk before class
Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness
