Are you experiencing feelings of uncertainty, fear, overwhelm or anxiety about integrating back into society after over a year of isolation? You are not alone; let’s breathe through this together.
Throughout this 6-week series, we will focus on using our breath to cope with these feelings and enhance our immune system, cardiovascular health and respiratory health. Through guided breath work sessions, you will build awareness around your body’s physical response to perceived threat, acquire tools to cope and down-regulate when in a stressed state. You will simultaneously awaken the power within you and deepen your connection with yourself.
We will meet weekly for 75-minutes. This time will be spent experiencing a 45-60-minute guided breathwork session, exploring coping mechanisms for stress, and experiencing the healing power of our breath. In addition to our weekly meetings, you will receive a weekly worksheet and a guided breathwork audio to continue your practice independently between meetings.
