Yoga for Men is an open level class designed to introduce men to the benefits of yoga and create a welcoming space for community and connection. Taught from a man’s point of view, this class explores physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help alleviate the daily stresses and demands of your life. During the physical practice, we will also focus on increasing flexibility in areas that men often find to be a bit tight, such as shoulders, hips, and hamstrings - it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes! Bring your sense of humor!
