One literal translation of “Hatha” is “force”, so Hatha Yoga might be considered anything done with the body including: asana, pranayama, mantra, and mudras. Jenny incorporates these and other elements into an eclectic practice that moves purposefully - holding postures for exploration while using props for modification, enhancement, and delving into various meditation themes and techniques.
Hatha Yoga can improve the practitioner's mood, decrease stress and anxiety, tone the muscles of all large groups, improve posture and balance, and is a wonderful compliment to one's whole wellness.
