This class will enhance your Movement Capacity, so that you can move more safely, efficiently and powerfully. You will focus on specific joint systems each class and methodically build up strength and mobility by increasing your range of motion.
The class will be a blend of Hatha (more detailed workshop in certain poses) and Vinyasa (to increase cardiovascular capacities). We will incorporate some Pilates and Functional Movement theories as teaching tools.
Instead of owning a yoga pose, we will be improving the OVERALL capacity for movement. When this happens the yoga poses get easier and you get more confident. Get moving!
