We are now offering a 4-week Beginner's Course from home, where you can feel comfortable to ease into a new practice, still ask questions and do it from the comfort of your own home.
This series will teach you the basics, progressing from week to week in a manner that will allow you to build a solid understanding of the practice without being overwhelmed. In a small group setting (there is a limit of 10), you'll practice classical Hatha yoga and learn the ins and outs of each pose, as well as the ways in which yoga can bring more peace and joy into your life.
We are in a unique time right now and we want this to be a time when you can look at doing things for yourself that you might have thought about previously and never had the time. We are providing an opportunity for you to focus on physical and mental health.
This will be an interactive course through Zoom where Deborah can be reaching each of you in the group and speaking to everyone participating. This is a great way to learn yoga from home with a very similar experience to being at the studio.
A Zoom link will be sent for the weekly classes.
