Have some pole moves that have been vexing you? This is a
workshop-style 75 minute class that only happens every other week
to review all the ins and out, tips and tricks, conditioning and
prep for upper level pole moves and transitions.
Each class will have 1-3 focus skills/skill areas
- We will warm up and review everyone's status on these skills and
goals
- We will go through a series of progressions towards these skills
with supporting exercises
- The coach will assist each student within their current level of
these skills
- Example skills: ayeshas and deadlifts, advanced spin-verts (e.g.
phoenix, oona spin), foot-grip poses and transitions (e.g. reiko,
K/flying-K, russian split), back wrist supports (e.g. dragontail,
aerial tabletop invert), etc.
Students are encouraged to make requests for specific movements
prior to the day of class. Curriculum for each session will
be finalized ahead of time, so please send requests by midnight the
wednesday before.
