It is could be said that our power comes from our core, and when we lack adequate strength in this fiery region, we can feel dull, out of balance, and weak.
Core Centered Yoga will merge together practices from Yoga & Pilates and will not only strengthen your core (all muscles of the trunk), but it will leave your spine feeling more supported to help to alleviate back pain, give you more energy, and connect you to a greater place of confidence and joy! We will balance this strengthening and toning with lengthening and learn to release tension through our breath and movement. All levels welcome!
1.Masks are required in the common spaces, but once on your mat, you are welcome to remove them as desired. Mats will be placed 10' apart in the studio and 6' apart when we are outside.
2. Bring your own mat and any props you prefer! We do have some mats, blocks, and straps for sale in the lobby.
3. Please note, this in-person class only has room for 7! Be sure to register ahead of time to save your spot at least 60 minutes before the start of class. If you need to cancel, we ask you to do it at least 60-minutes before the start of class to give your spot to someone else who might be on the waitlist (otherwise, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged.) Thank you for your understanding!
