Join Melody for an evening of soothing sound and
breath work, Sunday 7:15-8:45pm.
As we find stillness, we will soften and release
into sound using a variety of instruments including crystal and
metal singing bowls. The vibration will permeate our bodies and
spirits as it dissolves any lingering tension and refills the space
we are creating with an elevated frequency.
The sound bath will be split up into 20 minute
increments with time for silence and integration in between. During
this time, Melody will guide us through different pranayama (energy
expansion / breath) techniques and hasta mudras (hand gestures)
used to direct energy flow.
Bring pillows, props, blankets and anything else
you’d like to feel cozy! We will be socially distanced and mindful
of the breathing techniques practiced together.
