Our signature Spindigo method consists of half indoor cycling
and half strength training (focused on butt + legs) using state of
the art bikes, resistant bands, dumbbells, and body weight. The
class is 60 minutes and intended for all fitness levels.
Shoes are not provided. Please arrive to class with sneakers.
Advanced riders encouraged to bring clip-ins, but sneakers are
still necessary to complete the strength training portion of the
workout. Our clips are SPD compliant.
