The last year has been a mix of emotions for our community. Sadness and fear along with new insights about oneself all have been surfacing as we learn to adjust to being part of our communities again. Have you been more worried or anxious about adjusting to everyday life? Join us to learn coping skills to use in daily life as we learn to come together again! We will talk about boundaries and self soothing techniques as we create a more balanced future for ourselves and the people we share our lives with.
Join us on May 13th from 7:45pm to 8:45pm in the studio for a great group support session facilitated by Dana and Allie with Rooted Lancaster LLC. Here, we'll explore common themes including but not limited to:
Protecting our newly defined values and expectations for the self and others
How to create kind and effective boundaries to support your new normal
Ways to sooth in a healthy manner when faced with emotions surrounding these unique changes
Screw the new normal! Right now is an optimum time to redefine our habits, our roots, and our confidence in how we interact with the world.
This intimate evening is facilitated by professionals from Rooted Lancaster LLC, Allie Lindt LMFT and Dana Hampton LPC, to guide the group. The support group takes place in a space that is safe, accepting, and confidential. Masks and social distancing etiquette will be honored and all are welcome. Leave this evening with knowing that you are not alone with your thoughts about the changes in your life and added items to your tool kit. We can't wait to see you!
