Barre is a fun, high-energy workout that combines
Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, and strengthening exercises. This class will
sculpt and shape long lean muscles without the impact on your
joints. Barre improves core strength and posture while toning your
entire body.
Light hand weights, balls, gliders, yoga blocks,
and resistance bands are sometimes used but workouts can be done
without any equipment. Folding chairs may be used and will be
supplied for in-studio class. All levels welcome.
