anywhere you are! for a powerful 30-minute class.
A fitness
class that incorporates power, balance, and a precision using the
Pilates mat exercises infused with HIIT circuits, this class takes
place in a group setting where you will use your body weight as the
primary source of resistance. Each exercise will have a
modification if needed, as well as a progression for those wishing
to deepen their practice and challenge themselves.
