Slow Burn is a great place to begin for those new to heated yoga! Taught in an 85 degree room, this will be an opportunity to explore deeper holds, longer breaths and slower exploration of movement than you might find in Hot Vinyas while still wedding breath to movement in a coordinated and creative sequence.
The room is heated using FAR infrared or Radiant panels, which can have significant health benefits. FAR infrared panels operate in the therapeutic range of the sun’s spectrum. The combination the heated room and slow mindful movement strengthens and challenges the body and mind.
