This is our Adult Strength and Conditioning Class and is available to people of all levels.
These classes are unique in that they are designed to train your body in the way that is designed to move and function. They are fun and challenging but ultimately we want to help people develop resilience to injury and confidence in their own physical ability. Our goal is then to develop athleticism, movement quality, fitness components, independence and longevity that has a positive impact outside of the training facility.
These sessions are run by our skilled and knowledgeable coaches in a fun, encouraging, non-intimidating, movement rich environment. Our aim is to allow all participants to be successful through smart progressions and regressions of exercises and intensity modifications that promote improvement.
