Learn the fundamentals of aerial arts! Whether you're a first-timer, you're returning after a break, or you just want to try a new apparatus - this class is for you! Each class we will teach 2 different aerial apparatuses so you can try them out. We'll also cover the very basics to give you a head start for classes in things like silks, sling, trapeze and lyra.
Topics we will rotate through:
- Entrances and exits
- Grip strength
- Proper engagement for safe training
- Getting used to the feels
- Core strength
- Q&A about specific apparatus or aerial training in general
- Beginner tricks
May be taken as many times as you like, and whenever you want a refresher on the basics!
Please wear comfy, not-too-loose workout clothes you can move in easily. Please no metal or remove it ahead of time (earrings, bracelets, zippers, rings, etc.) as it can pinch you or damage our equipment :)
