A gentle class designed for those with back and/or posture
issues including low back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, scoliosis
and sciatica. The focus is on building strength, stability and
flexibility to support a healthy back. Open to anyone that would
like a slow and gentle class. We start with a slow standing flow,
then move down to the mat for the remainder of the class. All props
provided, we start where you are at today. A great option for
those who spend a lot of time at their desks.
