Join us for a fun, challenging, full body circuit on your mat
style workout. We will sculpt some beautiful toned muscles using
multiple fitness principles...bring All the Toys (Weights, Bands,
Stability Ball, Roller, Small Pilates Ball) whatever you have (we
will improvise if you are missing a few things). Come prepared to
strengthen, tone and stabilize muscles. We will keep your body
guessing with lots of variety as well as the tried and true...you
may just sweat a little bit! And of course we will end with a full
body stretch.
All levels welcome, Christina can modify or give more
challenging options for most moves.
