Join us for this gentle calming class designed to open the

shoulders. This class is slower moving, open to all levels and a
good choice for anyone with injuries or fellow humans that would
simply like to de stress, release and feel
better.
Please bring a bolster, blanket, block and a long strap if you
have them. No worries if you do not hae everything, we can
improvise with other items from wherever you are.
