A fusion class where the goal is to improve the whole body's
resiliency through better flexibility, improved posture and range
of motion. Prevent injury, reduce pain, and help those muscles
RECOVER so you can perform better at work and at play.
Combining a powerful flow yoga class, the long foam roller to
release the chest and shoulders, as well as the smaller GRID roller
to open the hips, hamstrings, and release the lower back.
This class is helpful if you work at a desk, and also
especially helpful for athletes that may use certain muscles more
than others, often leading to muscle imbalances.
Open to all levels and all ages.
