Combing a Fluid Flow Yoga Class designed for Strength and
Stability. We use Dumbbells, the Small Pilates Ball, Foam Roller,
Bands and Blocks for a Full Body Workout as well a great Stretch.
Our goal is this class is to strengthen, lengthen and tone
everywhere for a strong sculpted powerful body.
All Levels welcome, there will always be modifications for
those that need them and options for those that would like more
challenge.
