Yoga is defined many ways and can be
many different things at different times even to practitioners. In
this class, we will explore what it means to use Yoga as a platform
for healing: physically, mentally and emotionally. Breathing
exercises, mindful movements, Kundalini Kriyas, conscious
contemplations and chants will be explored to elevate all and bring
harmony within and without. Come with an open mind, and the
intention of healing to bear witness to the blessings that can
arise when creating that atmosphere in a supportive
environment.
