This class brings the benefits of Pilates training—increased strength, lean muscle development, lengthening, and toning of the body—both to and beyond the core. We use body-weight resistance training for specific muscle-group strengthening. Elements from yoga and exercise physiology inform the class, as well. You'll work all major muscle groups to lengthen and strengthen your entire body.
If the weather will be dry and the temperature between 65 and 80, we may move this class outside. If we do, we email all registered students. If outside doesn't work for you, you'll have the option of cancelling and having your class credit revert to your pass.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Orange County mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
