This is a dynamic and transformative practice that is driven by your own unique capacity. The classes are created to develop strength, endurance and freedom of movement and are full of encouragement and fun. This journey of movement will leave you rejuvenated and recharged. This class is a fitness inspired all levels yoga practice. The instructor offers lots of options for various poses and sequences allowing you to customize and personalize your practice. Our objective is to build strength, awareness and flexibility all while working up a good sweat.
