Vinyasa is an athletic, expressive flow class. Build heat,
intention and some sweatt. Helpful cue-ing, descriptions and
visualization will be used to help you get in and out of poses
making this a great class for students who are familiar with the
major poses of yoga and Sun Salutations. Variations will be given
for yogis taking it easy and those who are more seasoned and
wanting to go a little deeper. Many different types of poses are
explored in addition to Sun Salutations including standing poses,
core work, backbending, some introductory arm balances and
inversions as well as gentle stretching and restorative poses.
Vinyasa all levels has an emphasis on flow and getting the heart
rate up to the fat burning zone making this a great class for
people who want to lose weight as well as those looking to tone,
build strength and flexibility.
