Athletes are placed in groups based on availability, focus, and

Performance Training is focused
on maximizing the athletic abilities and on-field performance,
bringing their game to the next level. This education-based
performance training includes:
- Speed, Agility
& Quickness – Running mechanics, acceleration &
deceleration, both linear and lateral
- Power and Explosive Movements – Strength training, muscular endurance and plyometrics
- Conditioning – Proper conditioning to improve work capacity
- Flexibility and Mobility – Increasing joint and muscle strength, ROM and durability
- Recovery exercises – Specific targeted exercises and stretches to help prevent injuries
