Performance Training is focused on maximizing the athletic abilities and on-field performance, bringing their game to the next level. This education-based performance training includes:
 
  • Speed, Agility & Quickness – Running mechanics, acceleration & deceleration, both linear and lateral
  • Power and Explosive Movements – Strength training, muscular endurance and plyometrics
  • Conditioning – Proper conditioning to improve work capacity
  • Flexibility and Mobility – Increasing joint and muscle strength, ROM and durability
  • Recovery exercises – Specific targeted exercises and stretches to help prevent injuries
