<p>To know Tower is to love this piece of equipment. Using the vertical tower and springs for resistance (or for support) this machine opens up your Pilates practice to an expanded range of exercises and allows us to incorporate more opportunities for building strength, symmetry and improving flexibility.</p>
<p>*This is an all levels session, but for the success of all participants, you must have prior experience with the Pilates machines and be cleared to attend this session.</p>
