This is a mixed level class specifically designed to instruct you on the movements and poses and the breath. In this bootcamp style class, be prepared to sweat as you let off the stress while also getting stronger – physically and mentally – for the rest of your day and beyond. Combining awesome customizable strength training with never boring cardio bursts, this class gets it all in! There will always be options to make it unique to your needs: to rest or to speed things up, to use a modification or go to deeper variations of the different postures. Wear comfortable clothes, plan to be barefoot, and bring water.
