We offer Gentle Yoga the both in person setting and online setting. You choose which way to attend the class by appointment. The fee setting may be diffrent from inperson attendance and online attendance, Contact to Mariko for more details.
The healing quality of this class is embodied into yoga poses, meditative movements and Pranayama (Breathing techniques). Yoga blocks, exercise bands, Pilates rings and other tools enhance and strengthen flexibility and balance, even for students with physical limitation and challenges. Beginners are welcome.
