Heather M. Beahan, MS, Integrated Nutrition Health Coach
Heather has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach. She is presently completing her Integrated Nutrition Practicum in order to become Certified under the National Board of Health and Wellness. Heather is also taking the Befriending Your Body Program to increase her knowledge in using mindfulness and self compassion to support her clients in healing their relationship with food and their bodies.
